Refund policy

Faulty Products: If your DreamSnap camera is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with a brand new unit at no extra cost to you.

Reporting: Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order to report any technical issues.

3-Year Warranty: Every camera is covered by our 3-year warranty; if it stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will fix it or replace it for free.
